e-Formation 2013 is an ecumenical conference on faith formation in the digital age for leaders invested in the future of faith formation held at Virginia Theological Seminary.

Although our proclamation remains the same, the world is changing very quickly; our ideas about ways to form disciples for that world need to change with it. This conference, a follow-up to last year’s successful e-Formation Learning Exchange, will once again convene Christian formation practitioners who want to discover and share ways that technology can support discipleship. The event will feature more workshops from invited presenters and the leadership team and a larger and more geographically and ecumenically diverse group of participants. This year’s conference will also include Spanish-language sessions.

The event includes an e-Formation Tools Bootcamp on Friday, May 31 (9 am - 5 pm) and an e-Formation Weekend Conference on Friday, May 31 (starting at 6 pm), through Sunday, June 2 (ending at 1 pm). Options are available to attend the bootcamp, the conference, or both.

More information about the conference is available at the e-Formation conference website.

: varies on options chosen; more information available on the conference details page
